THE ARTIST
Born in 1956, Varban Christov has lived in Vannes (Brittany) since December 1985.
Trained in Bulgaria, his works blend graphic elements, signs, and symbols inspired by his heritage and his fascination with materials. He has developed an artistic approach centered on mystery and memory.
In 2016, the Musée de la Cohue in Vannes acquired several of his drawings and works.
Recognized in France and internationally, he won an award in October 2025 at the 10th International Biennial of Miniature Art (Ruse, Bulgaria).
